We at the Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology IGB condemn the Hamas terror attacks against Israel in the strongest possible terms and express our deepest sympathy to all our Israeli partners, especially to the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Drug Discovery and Delivery @ Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Fraunhofer IGB remains in solidarity with the State of Israel. We remember the Israelis and people from around the world who have been and continue to be victims of Hamas terror, and we hope for the many people who have been taken hostage by the terrorists.
Our hearts go out to their families and friends, and especially to our Israeli colleagues and partners at the Fraunhofer Innovation Platform for Drug Discovery and Delivery @ Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
The Hamas attack is also causing inexpressible suffering among the Palestinian civilian population, which saddens us greatly. Terror does not create prospects and future options for anyone.
Even under very difficult conditions, we will maintain our close scientific and friendly relations with our partners in Israel and use them to help wherever possible.
